Payroll & Benefits
We manage the full payroll process in compliance with SARS regulations and Labour Law. This includes processing payroll runs, calculating statutory deductions such as PAYE, UIF, and SDL, and issuing payslips and IRP5s. We handle the monthly submission of EMP201 forms and facilitate payments through eFiling. In line with the Skills Development Act, we ensure the correct calculation and submission of the Skills Development Levy (SDL) for employers with annual payrolls exceeding R500,000. Additionally, we submit all required monthly reports and UI19 declarations on your behalf, ensuring full statutory compliance.
Employment Equity

She has successfully managed complex roles across South Africa and Africa, leading people strategies in the retail services, healthcare, and information technology sectors. Throughout her career, Sebaetseng has held senior positions, including HR Director at Nelson Mandela Children's Hospital, and has worked with prestigious organizations such as Altron, Mediclinic, Netcare, and Edcon. Her extensive experience and expertise have allowed her to build effective HR solutions and drive impactful organizational success.
